Prof. Yuanmiao Sun returned to China in 2023 after completing his postdoctoral carrer at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Prof. Sun‘s research focuses on computational materials design and AI for Materials, addressing critical scientific challenges in energy storage,  conversion, and generation, with an emphasis on reaction mechanisms and material design strategies. His research results have been highlighted and reviewed by international media such as Renew Economy, Science Codex, and Phys.Org. Prof. Sun has invited to serve as a young editor of SmartMat and recognized as one of the top 2% most-cited scientists in the world.
